Shipment

Fall 2009: Please arrange for shipments to arrive after October 8, 2009.

Please mark each box “Hold for PROFESSIONAL SCHOOLS FAIR” and number the boxes “x of x boxes”

Arrival

Farnsworth Pavilion and the Grand Hall will be available for set-up at 10:00 a.m. The Fair begins at 11:00 a.m. and ends at 3:00 p.m. Each organization will be provided a converted 4 ft. table. NOTE: Signs will not be provided for each school so recruiters should plan accordingly. Upon arrival, please stop at the Registration Table for important information on parking and other logistics.

Electrical Access and Audio/Visual Equipment

Although there will not be electrical access or audio/visual equipment available for the Professional Schools Fair, there will be wireless internet capabilities.

Parking

Visitor Parking is in Central Garage – below McNair Hall (Entrance to the garage is on Laboratory Loop Road, in the middle of the block.)
